We deliver to most suburbs around Greater Sydney. Enter your postcode in the Post Code Calculator found in the bottom right corner to confirm your delivery fee.
We also allow free pick-ups at 1 Epping Road, North Ryde, 2113.
All orders can be placed via our website by adding items to your cart.
Payment must be made through our website via credit or debit card at the time of placing your order. No order will be processed without payment and no cash payments will be accepted.
Orders must be made by 12:00 pm, 2 business days in advance.
This means that for catering and pantry products to be delivered Monday morning, the order must be placed before 12pm on the Thursday prior.
Please email provisions@compass-group.com.au for any late or urgent requests required on less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice. We will always endeavour to fulfil such orders however, product substitutions may be necessary.
At checkout you will be prompted to select one of the following time slots;
- Morning (8am to 10am)
- Lunch (10am to 12pm)
- Afternoon (12pm to 2pm)
If you require a specific time please let us know in the delivery instructions and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Minimum spend is $90 plus GST.
This excludes delivery fees.
We try and provide options on our menus for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, lactose, gluten and dairy free. To ensure your specific dietary requests are met appropriately, detail your requirements when placing your order at check out. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, sesame, lupins, sulphites, milk, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, crustacea and molluscs. We as that you speak directly with us for food allergy information by emailing provisions@compass-group.com.au . We use the following as a guide for you on the website:

To ensure highest quality and food safety we will not deliver hot or warm food. This category includes all food options that require reheating before consumption. This category includes all food options required to be reheated. All packaging must be removed and food will be required to be reheated until piping hot in the centre using an oven or microwave.
For standard orders, you can amend or cancel your order via email to provisions@compass-group.com.au no later than 24 hours (1 business day) before your delivery.
To cancel your order please email provisions@compass-group.com.au and include your order number. Orders cancelled or amended within 24 hours (1 business day) will be charged in full. Longer lead times will apply for bespoke orders, catering services, equipment hire and other services.
If you are not satisfied with a particular item, please let us know by emailing provisions@compass-group.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of your order and include the full details of what you ordered, photographic evidence if applicable and why you were unsatisfied.
We will then raise this with the Provisions Central Production Kitchen and if deemed appropriate, in our sole discretion, a refund or part refund will be provided for the unsatisfactory item(s).
